If you could make a law about anything what would you write a law about? I would bring back hanging in the city streets. It would set a public example and people would learn their are serious consequences for unlawful acts. When somebody goes to jail for life, the event is over and everybody forgets what took place. Put a hanging on national television, set the example and set people straight.
